Hi, I’m Jamie Guthrie! My real estate journey began six years ago, but my foundation was built during six years of service in the Navy as part of the Riverines, patrolling rivers with precision and focus. Afterward, I continued to serve in the National Guard, where I honed my dedication and attention to detail—skills I now apply to every real estate transaction.

In addition to real estate, I’m a business owner with experience across several commercial ventures. This unique background allows me to offer valuable insights whether you’re exploring commercial real estate opportunities or seeking advice on business-related investments.

As the only guy on the Southern NM Realty team, I bring a steady, grounded perspective to balance the creative energy of my teammates. While the ladies keep things dynamic, I like to think I’m the one keeping everything on track—or at least pretending to!

Outside of work, I’m the family’s go-to handyman, tackling projects from tile work to pool installations. Family is my greatest joy, and building a life and business with my wife, Anna, over the past four years has been an incredible adventure. Together, we’re raising our kids, staying active in the community, and helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.
