This working mother cow operation is looking good for 2021. Ranch consists of ~4,750 deeded acres w/1,600 acres of NM State grazing lease and 3BLM parcels totaling 660 acres. The ~7,060 acre ranch is a leased mother cow operation at present and has handled much larger capacity yearling operation during summer months. The ranch is watered w/a number of playa tanks and two solar wells. There are traps & 2 working pens w/chutes at various locations. Terrain is mesa top, lush grassy meadows, cuestas & arroyos.
